Return Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you are not, return the item(s) within 30 days for a refund: All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Email us at rma@footprintsecurity.com.au

Item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date that you receive the item.
Item must be returned in its original condition with original packaging.
All returns will be charged a restocking fee of 5%.
Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.

Defective Items

Items that are defective require a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).


Please email us at the RMA email address on our contact us page.

Products purchased from us which are found to be defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period will be replaced or repaired, at our option, if the product is still a part of our current product line.

Products that are no longer a part of our current product line will have to be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement.

All manufacturers’ warranty terms and restrictions apply.

Please supply as much of the original packaging as possible.

We have no control over the use of our products, and accept no liability for consequential damage, however caused.

No statement in the section above is intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have under the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act (Australia) or equivalent Australian State Laws.

RMA #’s must be clearly displayed on the front of the return shipping box.

Please double box your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipment, using insured parcel post.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Support

We supply reasonable support after purchase, to help with installation and set up, at least three phone calls and emails.
After this, unless there is a problem with the equipment, or we have agreed beforehand, we reserve the right to charge for support, at a rate of $25.00 per 15 minute segment.
